About Sinai Temple
Sinai Temple, led by best-selling author, columnist, UCLA professor and Newsweek’s Number One Rabbi In America Rabbi David Wolpe, is one of Los Angeles most well known Conservative Jewish congregations.
Founded in 1906, Sinai Temple is committed to the land and people of Israel and to the serious study of ancient and modern Jewish learning. Its diverse community offers several different worship services daily and countless opportunities for community interaction and outreach.
Programs for local community members of all ages include a religious school, a family center, and a day school; Sinai’s main sanctuary attracts an average of 1000 people on sabbath mornings. Sinai is a congregation of spiritual seekers, loving tradition, embracing modernity, animated by the Jewish mission of improving the world.
